LessonLinks AI is operated by Eric Lightman, doing business as Lighthouse Apps (LessonLinks AI, we, us, or our).

6. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Paid features may be offered by subscription and may include trial periods. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

Payments already made are non-refundable.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

LessonLinks AI provides AI-assisted outputs for informational and coaching support purposes. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. LessonLinks AI does not provide medical, legal, or other professional advice.

8. Intellectual Property

LessonLinks AI, including software, branding, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required for legal or security reasons.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

LessonLinks AI is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from use of LessonLinks AI.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
